Refusal of the access opening of the city administration Bad Salzungen

for electronic messages (according to § 3a Thüringer Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz).

Electronic access to the Bad Salzungen city administration, in particular the transmission of electronic documents, for legally binding electronic communication between citizens, legal entities under private and public law and the administration within the meaning of § 3 a (1) Thüringer Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz (ThVwVfG - Thuringian Administrative Procedure Act), is hereby expressly not opened at present.

Thereby it is not possible to submit any applications, objections and legally relevant documents to the city administration of Bad Salzungen.

The limitation mentioned above applies to access via e-mail address, e-mail contact forms as well as to any kind of web forms.

All other known e-mail addresses as well as personal e-mail addresses of employees of the administration do not represent an official receipt of mail and do not cause any legally binding access.

As a rule, a notification of non-usability within the meaning of § 3 a Abs. 3 ThVwVfG cannot be made, as this would involve a disproportionately high effort.
